It is a short walk to public transport and the Brisbane River where locals and visitors catch the high speed ferry “City Cat” to Southbank and other parts of the city providing a glorious view of Brisbane from the water.
The seven-day-a-week shopping village of New Farm with its restaurants and coffee shops is only a few minutes walk away as is the Power House for the Arts, New Farm Park, and Bowls Clubs.
The Lodge itself resides within a peaceful Asian garden which offers space for reading, meditation or quite reflection. This relaxed lifestyle continues indoors with the subtropical décor and the unique ambience is enhanced by hand crafted furniture from South-East Asia.
All guest rooms are ensuited and equipped with reverse cycle air condition. There is a modern laundry for guest use and optic-fibre broadband and WiFi access is included in the tariff. Laptops can be used in each room or the open spacious courtyard.
Included in the tarrif, the Lodge provides a Continental style breakfast, at your leisure, in the fully equipped kitchen/dinning area.
